Every monitoring feature is a separate module — off by default, opt-in per organization, with consent flows, work-hour schedules, and audit logs. Configure what fits your team's agreement, your local Arbejdsmiljølov, your DPA — and adjust any time.
Enable per project. Worker accepts the consent first. Captures only during scheduled work hours, with a pre-shot warning. Worker can pause anytime. Auto-blurs sensitive areas. Retention: configurable, default 14 days.
Aggregated activity counters — never raw keystrokes. Idle detection auto-pauses the timer. Categories under your control. Worker sees exactly the same dashboard the manager sees.
Manual check-in is the default. Continuous GPS is a separate, schedule-bound module — for construction sites, mobile crews, geofenced jobs. Only the worker starts a tracked shift. Stops outside work hours.
Attach a single photo per time entry — proof for clients or akkord verification. Worker takes the photo, worker keeps the camera roll. Never auto-captured.
Workers see the policy, accept it, can withdraw consent. Every event audit-logged.
